High-class Soiree at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Berlin
In 2007, like in the years before, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Russian Federation invited numerous guests to the magnificent venue unter den Linden in Berlin (Germany). Impressive setting for the annual festive occasion once again was the the Russian embassy nearby the Brandenburg Gate.
Ordering party as well as main sponsor of the event was the Porsche AG. The Berlin subsidiary presented a range of Porsche models in the embassy's foyer.
In 2006 and 2007, by order of the House of Media MJM Event Solutions GmbH, ACTIONLIGHT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH created complex and demanding illumination plots for every area of the venue. As architectural lighting, numerous PAR56 Floorspots were used to illuminate the magnificent building in- and outdoors. Furthermore, a soft lighting created a pleasant atmosphere in the garden.
Besides illumination, ACTIONLIGHT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH was responsible for the background sound during the fireworks. Scenery for the spectacular fireworks was the large garden area. The background sound was realized with a line array system of d&b's Q-Series.
Within four days, all illumination and sound systems were mounted and only a few hours after the end of the event dismounted again.

RPR1. Entertainment Day
The German radio station RPR1. invited more than 500 guests of the fields of economy, culture and politics to the Nürburgring adventure world. For 3 days, the radio station offered numerous attractions and activities at the famous German race track. Besides typical motorsports adventures like the BMW Ring-Taxi (guests could experience one lap as a co-pilot of “Ring”-experienced drivers) and kart racing, cultural and culinary highlights could be enjoyed.
Another highlight was, without a doubt, the big stage show in hall 3 of the Nürburgring adventure world. ACTIONLIGHT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH planned and realized the stage lighting as well as the illumination of the event halls. According to the customer's wishes, ACTIONLIGHT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH developed a modern stage design without classic PAR- and ACL-Fixtures. 140 VersaTubes of the American manufacturer ElementLabs were the core elements of the lighting. A CATALYST media server applied video content to LEDs and the server was controlled by a WholeHog onPC console with playback wing. Besides 4 VL1000 AS to illuminate the front, 12 MAC 700 profile and 12 MAC 700 wash were used - all controlled by a grandMA light.
Furthermore, ACTIONLIGHT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH realized the rigging. The venue offered little space and forced an elaborate construction of the 8x8m stage to create enough mounting points for the numerous LED tubes and Moving Lights.
To illuminate the halls, compact Moving Lights of the series 250, numerous CityColors for architectural lighting, PAR 56 Floorspots and 6-Bars were used.
Project Management: Michael Bröhling
Light Plot: Lars Brennecke, Michael Bröhling
Operators: Matt Finke (CATALYST), Benedikt Moser (grandMA)
Technicians: Benedikt Geissler, Dennis Louven
